It’s a game where you build with oil or sludge. You complete levels by building a creation big enough to get to the next level. I wish I could describe it better. 
It is NOT Peak Oil or World Without Oil. I had it on a laptop 5 years ago and can’t remember the name. Anybody know what I’m talking about?
