Alright, I can’t remember too many details because I played it so long ago. I just downloaded an emulator and felt like playing it.
It was a Super Nintendo game. I think it was kinda like Sim City, except it had anciet looking buildings. While building, you were an angel kind of thing. But then you can do something, and you switch to an armored warrior, and had to get something. After getting the something, you go back to playing as the angel thing. Different emergencies break out around your town, and you had to take care of them.
