Does anyone know a website that lists the L-tryptophan amounts in various foods such as Chick Peas and Yoghurt etc. ?
Thanks a lot. Do you know if it is possible to get the results by weight of produce than by 200 Kcal of produce? Ah, I’ve found it, thanks.
I wonder why Chickpeas get described as a very high source of tryptophan when the website doesn’t rank them particularly highly at all.
