The disaster in New Orleans has gotten me thinking about disaster recovery. It’s been months since I’ve heard a peep about the massive Indian Ocean Tsunami; how is the recovery going? How well has the infrasturcture been repaired? Are they still rebuilding? Have the disease and starvation been brought under control?
And finally, is it at all reasonable to use the tsunami as a rough estimate of the timetable for recovery in NO?
