On TV tonight they had an episode of Classic Albums featuring The Band’s The Band. In the 1970s I was always living with someone who had a copy but I have never owned it myself.

Well, shame I say, shame.

I hereby promise to buy a copy (secondhand probably) over the coming weekend. Then I will feel clean.

For some reason, Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon never made it into my lp collection. I’m puzzled by its absence.
