I notice someone has already mentioned Monk–I was going to suggest that based on liking Psych. (At the end of the last episode of Psych, it was even implied that Monk was in the next room from Shaun on a case–a spinoff that really, really, really should have happened.)
Also, Wonderfalls.
If she liked Gilmore Girls, I would like to suggest another more short-lived series by Amy Sherman-Palladino (the creator of Gilmore Girls) called Bunheads. It starred Sutton Foster in a small town with the same Stars Hollow sort of vibe. Many of the supporting cast members were played by the same actors who were in Gilmore Girls, including Kelly Bishop (who played Lorelai Gilmore’s mother and Rory’s grandmother).
I really loved the show and was sad that it had such a short run, but you are looking for a show that ends, right?
You can stream it for free on the Freeform network’s web site. (Freeform was formerly known as ABC Family.) No sign-up or membership required.
I would also like to make one other recommendation because I really love the show, but unfortunately it’s not really like any of the other shows on your list: Crazy Ex-Girlfriend on Netflix. It’s the story of a lawyer who abandons her high-powered New York career on a whim to move to West Covina, California because she heard that her childhood boyfriend lives there. It’s a comedy/tragedy with a big musical number in each episode. I laughed, I cried, I related to Rachel, and I cringed at Rachel. It’s worth watching. Here is the musical number from the first episode.
Don’t worry, the show isn’t all musical and it’s nothing like Glee.
I’ve watched The Librarians on occasion (I’m like her in that I don’t like being married to a particular series in case I miss an episode but I will watch them occasionally as long as I know the general backstory –Supernatural, for example).
If she decides on The Librarians and likes it, then she’ll probably like The Magicians. I don’t know if it’s on Netflix, now that I think of it :erk:
Too late to edit: Rebecca, not Rachel. Rebecca Bunch is played by Rachel Bloom.
If she enjoys This is Us, she should try Parenthood.
Well, if she likes:
Then she’ll love…
…huh. Seems to be well covered, then.
Okay. Hmmm. How about Murdoch Mysteries? Fringe? Person Of Interest? White Collar? The Mentalist? Forever? Limitless? Rookie Blue? Galavant? Timeless? Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt? Agent Carter? iZombie? The Good Place? Death In Paradise?
Availability will likely vary.
I came into to recommended Crazy Ex-Girlfiend as well. It’s a very clever and funny show.
Do you have access to shows from them furriners? If so, some suggestions would include Moone Boy, Misfits, and The Inbetweeners.
And The Detectorists.
I would repeat the suggestion made above for medical comedy Scrubs.
I would point out that in addition to the constant stream of gags there are also story arcs (from beginning of the show to the end) and constant character development. However do be aware the very final season was simply a reboot with several original characters remaining and is not worth watching.

My only disagreement on this is the last part. I rather enjoyed the last season because I thought the new doctors the added actually did a lot for the series. I recognize I’m in the vast majority of people in thinking that, but I was honestly more interested in the new people than the old.
Interns was awful, it crashed and burned after a season.
Has anyone mentioned Arrested Development yet?
The Rockford Files is on Hulu.
I’m into Once Upon a Time right now and thoroughly enjoying it.
My husband and I are watching Reign and it’s really fun to watch Megan Follows in a bad-guy role.
I loved the detectorists!
If she liked Psych, she might like Galavant. (I love them both.) It’s only eighteen half-hour episodes total over two seasons. And it is definitely on Netflix.
Haven has similarities to Supernatural.
“White Collar” belongs in the same group as “Psych” and “Royal Pains” (same network, similar sensibility). “Monk” and “Burn Notice” were also part of that crop of shows.
“iZombie” is a good call for someone who likes Supernatural & Chuck
“Leverage” & “The Librarians” both have the same writers/production team. If she likes one, she’ll likely like the other.
“Vampire Diaries” & “The Originals” remind me a lot of “Charmed” (both the good & bad parts of Charmed)
Another recommendation for Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.
