Um…

She was on Fantasy Island, another bad 70s show.

I think I went off the rails.

Nope. Stage classic is the important part (from Broadway to London to 8th grade Jr. High productions). Hint: McCarthy.

where are we? (i hate coming in in the middle of these things) may i have a recap of the unanswered questions in either or both sets?
thank you

we’ve already established I’m too lazy to figure these things out myself

Joan Allen

Um, often mistaken for Larry’s mom?

Well, the last one’s kind of difficult so I’ll give it. Joan Allen and Larry Hagman were both in the movie Nixon.

Forgot to mention: Larry was cast as a corrupt manipulative and vicious hardball playing Texas oil tycoon. Now that was a brilliant stroke of casting, cause after playing a NASA officer on I Dream of Jeannie who but Oliver Stone would have ever thought of him for that role?

shouldn’t that be “19’s lover’s wife”?

Joan Allen wasn’t on the major character’s cast list, but Sian Phillips played Mrs Archer
No idea how to get her back to Mary Martin tho

In fact - Joan Allen wasn’t in URL=http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106226/fullcredits]Age Of Innocence (1993) at all!

damn coding hamsters
Age Of Innocence (1993)

But she was in The Crucible. In fact, that was the first movie that I noticed her, and then went back and started watching a lot of her other films. Of course, one of the few I haven’t seen of hers is Nixon.

ah
I missed the post about “stage classic”
[Emily Litella]Never mind[/EL]

Just wondering if #18 is a mistake. I suspect you’re thinking of Nancy Marchand, who was the matriarch on “The Sopranos” and played the newspaper publisher on “Lou Grant.” However, she did not play Lou’s ex-wife, merely his employer.

Nope. There was another one hour drama series on which the title character originated (on TV at least) in a 30 minute sitcom. Hint: The character first originated in a bestselling novel, then appeared in a hit movie, then the movie became a 30 minute sitcom, then the character (but not played by the same actor as the TV show or the movie) became the basis of a one-hour medical drama set in then modern day (which none of the others had been).
