Tweets via e-mail?

Is there a good free way to get Tweets via e-mail? I want to follow @RealTimeWWII but I don’t need another site to monitor every day. If it would show up in my Gmail Inbox then I would read the tweets.

I’m not on twitter, but I also liked the link to that WWII page. I mostly found ways via google for someone to send all their tweets to certain groups, or to create a tweet with their email program. Something called MentionNotifier appears to be perfect for your purposes, but damned if I can’t get their link to ever load. See if it ever comes up for you:

Looks like Digestly will do what you want.

That looks like it will work great and it couldn’t have been much simpler. Except I when I copied and pasted I included an extra space and it didn’t like that at all.

Well it potentially looks good, but I never get the confirmation e-mail from Digestly.

Hi. My name is Tim and MentionNotifier is my service. I run the web app on a server that runs some other apps and they seem to conflict with each other. I’ll move the site someday when I have more time, it’s just a side project that I do. The login site is working again, let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Tim, thanks for the response. I signed up with your site and it looks like it does work, but it seems to only send mentions of a feed, not the actual tweets.
