I just received an email from Twitter, informing what is (obviously according to their inquiry) “popular” in my “network”. It’s an eclectic choice and I haven’t got the faintest idea about how they came up with this since I don’t have any connection with these places, individuals or organizations:

@USPBGC (this the official Twitter account for an organization called “The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation” in the United States; I have no idea what they do but it seems to be government-related and important)

@econsarnai (this seems to be a nice young lady from Mongolia(?), maybe connected to item #1(?), but I can’t read the description and I don’t know who she is and what she does; she has 12,600 followers, though, which means that she probably is big in Mongolia)
