My cousin worked for a while as a nurse on contract to several hospitals in the greater Los Angeles area. She’s an expert emergency room nurse. More than once she was threatened physically, wi th knives or guns, when someone who was with a patient didn’t think they were getting treated right, or fast enough. Cousin said “screw this, I don’t have to put up with this crap” and walked on her contract.
