Two Outlook Message Format Questions

I’ve got Outlook 2000 on my home PC and there are two problems I’m having related to message formats. Help would be appreciated.

  1. Whenever I send an RTF or HTML message, I get a pop-up asking if I really want to send in this format as some people just use plain text. How can I stop this pop-up appearing? I’ve used Outlook at work (currently Outlook 2000) for many years and it doesn’t do this.

  2. I sent my contacts as attachments to my home PC from work. When they arrived, they had been converted just to plain email messages so I cannot double-click on them and have them added to my contacts at home. The problem is not at the sending end as I’ve had the exact same message automatically forwarded by my ISP to another user and she received them in the correct format.

Thanks.
