What the heck is Outlook doing now (for Windows 2000)?!?!?!?
I am in an email, and I hit reply. Then, on the screen, it looks like an Outlok “reply” format email, but it says Word at the top! This causes links in my signature not be appear as active links, etc.
What the hay? PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I really hate this PC; I really ought to sell it.
It never does quite does what I want, but only what I tell it!
Depending upon which version of Outlook you’re using, somewhere under Tools, Options, you’ll find Mail Format, where there’s a check box for using (or not using) Word as your email editor. I believe that unchecking that box will return you to a more familiar email environment. Or not. One never knows!
And be sure to send your e-mails as plain text, for those of us who have e-mail programs that don’t decode HTML.
