Two questions about Calo killing Lucchesi (Godfather III)

  1. Could you actually kill somebody by stabbing their throat with glasses?

  2. Would Lucchesi’s body guards be killed for so miserably failing to protect him?

It is generally considered poor form to reveal details about movies because some may not have seen them. Perhaps revealing the death of a character in the thread title would not be appreciated.

smashing the throat? iffy but i’m not going to let anyone do it to me, even an old movie extra.

regarding #2, yes. he must have spent one precious second drawing his gun. he was within arms length. he should have lunged at calo.

Funny thing is (I thought there were two, but I guess it was just one) he shoots before Calo stabs Lucchesi, but Calo seems unfazed.
