According to this Freud’s recommended dosage was around 50mg, which seems fairly small, especially considering oral administration. Lower down on the page it seems to mention a daily dose of 3dg (300mg I presume) as a treatment for morphine addiction.

I’d venture a guess that Freud’s cocaine consumption is vastly overstated in popular culture.
