Funny but when I hear hamburger I assume it will include cheese. Even though there is a perfectly good name for a hamburger with cheese. I mean, if someone tells me to come over for hot dogs and hamburgers, I’m thinking we’re having some cheeseburgers.
Bacon does have to be singled out though.
Then I’m going to second the suggestion of a bacon-wrapped meatloaf surrounded by roasted veggies, catsup on the side 
If the bacon hasn’t gotten crispy by the time the loaf is done, remove the veggies and stick it under the broiler for a few minutes.
Given the woolly nature of sheep, and the year-round warm temperatures, it isn’t surprising that SE Asian cuisine doesn’t have a lot of lamb.
