Anyone here going catch some of the Twilight Zone Marathon today and tomorrow on the Sci-Fi channel? Maybe your last time to watch the Twilight Zone on TV at a normal time. After Jan. 18, I hear the Sci-Fi channel is going to move TZ to the dismal doomsday timeslot of 5 or 5:30 AM on Monday mornings.
About 4 minutes are missing out of every broadcast of TZ (as well as other 60s half-hour programs) to allow for more commercial time.
Yeah, I’ve noticed that. Watching them on tape/DVD is a much better alternative than the Sci-Fi channel. I don’t have many DVDs yet, but I do plan to collect the whole collection of Twilight Zone DVDs. As long as I have my favorite TZ episode of all time on DVD, I am happy (and I do).
