Police inquiries begin. Resignations fly.
Here is one version of the story from the local CBS affiliate.
One group of Deomcrats have accused a Democratic Alderman of being “anti-gay”. From what little I know that’s probably correct-- but it’s also possible he has a more Libertarian view in terms of not spending public money on what he perceives as “gay” issues.
And they put this dumb ass juvenile stuff up, including a doctored photo the the Alderman showing a swastika on his forhead – and he’s Jewish, just to throw in a bit more spice.
Somehow the police get a complaint. There are search warrants and searches of city and state offices.
Dumb fucks… I’m not even sure who looks stupider, the activists who did it, the police for investigating it as a possible hate crime, the mayor and council members who made it serious enough to force resignations.
