OK I’m not talking about photocopying your arse here.
I’m a duty manager in a pub in England. My place of work is beond rough. I don’t run the place though most times when I’m on I’m in charge. I deal with drunks, whores, smack heads and skallies. I only have doormen, bouncers, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. During the week it’s up to me to deal with these low lifes and chuck them out.
I’ve spoken to the area manager and told him that soon I’m going to refuse to work weekday nights without doormen. This coming week I’ve got 3 nights without doormen. I’m not a big fella and I recon soon I’m going to get battered.
Under health and safety laws, in the UK, surley I’m allowed to go about my job without the thret of getting fucked up!
We even had doormen tonight and I ended up getting scratched down my arms by some crack whore. I can’t wait for the 4 hours in casualty tomorrw getting jabs.
Please advise as it’s really getting me down.
