Um, boss...you mind not FUCKING ME ON HOURS!!!

Or at least have a good excuse when you do it. I know the company’s been in trouble since the last time I worked there, but there’s just something I don’t understand. Okay, I get fucked with 29 hours a week because I’m still kinda “new” and we need to save up, but why is it the newer guys are getting more hours than me? And, if the company is so concerned with paying us too much, why does that other guy have 53 hours scheduled next week? Do you not realize that that’s THIRTEEN FUCKING HOURS OF OVERTIME!!! And you’re working him during my shift. You could easily give it to me, which would cut his overtime in half, still keep me under 40 hrs, and still let me earn enough to PAY ALL MY BILLS!!! It’s stupid to say you can’t give me more hours because “I need to limit people’s hours” and then cram a select few people so full of hours that they don’t even have any time to sleep. If you’re going to feed me bullshit, at least make it bullshit that’s not BLATANTLY bullshit. Lie to me in a convincing way so I can simply bitch about the hard times and not about your incompitancy to manage a fucking schedule.
Stupid management.

Either the person that is geting 53 hours gives incredibly excellent blow jobs or the powers-that-be are trying to tell you something…like maybe they want you to leave. But they can’t just come right out and fire you because they don’t have a good enough reason.

It really sucks not being able to pay your bills. Especially knowing that some other schmuck that has been there less time than you is getting what should be your hours.

Well, at least you’re being paid for your time, as compared to being fucked off hours…

Oh boy, did I read that thread title the wrong way. Would have been more interesting that way though.;j

the person getting 53 hours probably swallows.

I assummed this thread was about a boss who couldn’t help but fuck his assistant during work hours.

It’s nice to be surprised with (relative) cleanliness in the Pit once in a while.

I’m with Cheezit here. I assume from your post you work in a minimum wage type job. I’ve been a manager for both McDonalds, and Sbarros Pizza, and you dont get much lower than that. Usually, if we cut someone’s hours down, it was because we wanted to get rid of them. It’s easier than firing a person, because you dont have to worry about legal technicalities, discrimination, or rehiring eligibility. It’s also a lot easier than telling someone they’re fired. Either the other guy is a really awesome worker, or your bosses just dont thinkyou’re all that.

My boss is cute. I wish he would bend me over his desk. But, alas, he’s married and staight.
