The really frustrating thing is that I know that even when spoon-fed with the actual facts, this particular idiot is immune from learning anything. She’s bound to pop into another thread in the future, moaning about “how much higher taxes are now than in the golden days of the past”
For someone who is currently suckling off the public teat, she sure has some gross misconceptions about how the world works.
And, to tie this back to the OP, I suspect that the this is also true with Joebuck20’s friend. I mean, this friend MAY have some considered and reasoned arguments against the current proposals for healthcare, but the more reasonable guess is that he’s an ignorant fool who listens to the drivel on talk radio and is immune to factual information.
