So Trump states that Iranians were patrolling over the straight.
He throws the best cease fires.

And he has confirmed that Iran’s military capabilities have not been destroyed.

How can the world be at the mercy of such a blathering imbecile? I swear it would be easier to digest if the men destroying the world were evil geniuses, at least we could say “we were defeated by the best”, but having our advanced technological civilization brought to ruin by these guys? PAH.
Moriarty, thanks for pointing out my spelling, it takes some of the punch out of my attempt to ridicule Trump’s grammar.
I’m pretty sure he was trying to say that we were the ones patrolling. But he could not. He was not able, or up to the challenge.
I don’t know much about Congress so wondered if their rebuke yesterday of aggression towards Iran has any teeth. I can’t think offhand of any further constitutional action from Congress that would influence Trump but per
It’s not our advanced technological civilization that they’re ruining, it’s our sound-bite, celebrity-obsessed, fake-news, politically-polarized society where they found a loophole to exploit.
But through that loophole they are destroying civilization.
Trump has claimed 38 times that a deal with Iran was around the corner. I’m still amazed that there are people I thought had at least a shred of intelligence that trusted this war in the hands of Trump and Hegseth.
When Trump bluffs that something is on the way, astonishing numbers of Americans will continue in perpetuity to fall for it every single time.

As addled as his brain seems to be most of the time, I’m not surprised he’s not allowed to cross the street. Thus everything is “around the corner”.
