That’s how I began this story. I was searching for my own address and her address and information (2 houses away) popped up - (city redacted) Asian Slave Sucks C**k !!! Other nearby address showed as well but they were real estate listings.
Both the guy and the older woman were convicted of the pot growing and had weapons seized. There have been several title transfers of the home in the past few years back and forth between the parties living there. The guy has the same last name as the old woman as did the Asian woman.

I’m a little confused about something described in the OP, so apparently I don’t understand Only Fans as well as I thought I did. OP mentioned a customer who was apparently in the garage with the two trans actresses. I thought the point of OF was that it was a way for private people or couples to make some money from showing sex videos of themselves. I didn’t realize that they would also work with paying customers and put the results on their OF channel. OK, I’m naive. But it seems a materially different sort of transaction, basically prostitution with video. I thought what made OF different was that it was free of outside commercial transactions, except for the interactions with the medium through which the videos are published. So how out of touch am I?

OF creators can talk directly with customers (and presumably have non-live discussions, like through a message box) and the customers can make requests (“Sit on a cake!”) and then the creator can fulfill the request for a stated amount of money.
Even without requests, the creators can put whatever content up that they think they can sell. If that content involves other people, so be it. I’m sure that doesn’t get done quite as much as self-created content if you’re trying to stay legal. But there are definitely legal avenues for filming other people and posting them.
But yeah, it’s just porn, no matter who is the star.
I know only one person who is making a very good living on OF and other related content creation.
The many other people I know who are doing it view it as a side gig and have no expectation to make it big. Even at that, it’s generally not worth the effort. You still have to put up new content almost every day just to make a grand or two,
I just remembered that I know two people making a very good living.
One does hardcore porn with partners. She either pays them or they cross link. The OF is primarily to advertise her regular subscription based webpage. She bought a house in Las Vegas with her earnings.
The other started as a fitness model and make most of her money doing brand modeling in all sorts of advertisements and booth modeling at trade shows which is how I met her. She was my client’s booth model when she was starting out and I did technical support. The OF is one of the many avenues that she pursues and it’s not particularly explicit.
In both cases they hire people to do all of the fan engagement such as returning messages on the OF platform. I am sure that this doesn’t surprise anyone reading this.

It’s possible to be a customer (pay for the subscription to content) and also be invited to participate. It’s probably a good business practice to at least make it seem that it’s possible for a customer to become more.

Partially and not always. You don’t get it. Some accounts have free subscriptions. The free sites and most of the subscription sites have content that must be unlocked for an extra fee. That is where most of the income is derived. The creators (or their surrogates) will also communicate with customers via a chat function and sell additional content that way. This content is only viewable by the subscriber. For a relatively very large fee they will make custom content for the subscriber. Maybe it’s just saying their name while doing their thing or maybe it’s making something very specific that matches a fantasy. They generally aren’t meeting in real life or suggesting that that’s a real possibility.
Although I have read about subscribers actually meeting their “dream girl” for dinner for a $1000 or something then complaining all they got has a hug.
At least one “performer” whose work I may have perused once or twice went from working for studios to doing OnlyFans exclusively a few years back and as of 2023 was making $20,000 a month doing so, so it’s certainly possible for it to be very lucrative even if she’s just an outlier.

It absolutely does happen from time to time but it’s relatively rare per capita. There is a certain business model that leads to the most success (to the extent that there is success) and that’s what I described. It’s hard work. They need to release content almost every day. This typically means for or five days a month making and editing videos or taking pictures for the entire day and then posting one of them every day or so.
OnlyFans sometimes is used kind of generically. There are other platforms, and I am much less familiar with them, where it is more like a live video chat room. When you hear about “my now ex-husband spent $10k on an OnlyFans model” it is probably this. People pay per minute to talk and interact with the models over video like a Zoom call and can leave tips on top of that. Like they will say “who wants to see me do X. I will if I can get $50 in tips” or whatever. They can pay much more for a private chat and they will certainly string people along because time is literally money here.
On a sorta related note: I wonder if it’s legal if some guy (Joe) pays a woman (Susie) $500 to act in a two-person porn film where Joe is the other actor.
