Updates on my son's leukemia and my life in general...

that is a huge relief, with regards to your wife. i hope everything else can be easily managed.

great news for riley. he has traveled quite the road. it sounds like he can concentrate on being a boy again.

i can recommend advil pm. that stuff is really good at muscle relief and relaxation. you get a better night’s sleep rather than having your body fight pain during the night.

Woeg - You have been so strong in the face of all this. May the road rise up to meet you and the wind be ever at your back.

This week, Riley went to two full days of kindergarten (his first interaction with his class this year) - his numbers are finally up, and the outlook is grand! And this weekend, the weekend of his birthday, he will be spending the night with me on my custody weekend for the first time since this battle began! We’re going to have two of his best friends over, children who haven’t seen him now in nine months. They are all so excited!

HUZZAH!

That said, he still has 3 more years of treatment…but it looks like life is going to finally start normalizing for us all!

That’s great news. I hope things continue going well.

Wonderful news! I’m glad things are getting a bit more normal for everyone and he’s starting to feel better.

So good to hear your son is on his way to a full recovery.

Good news! Sending out a wish for a continued recovery!
