That’s your worst-case scenario? The holocaust-survivor-descendant in me can see a lot worse than that.
But I’ve (mostly) moved on from that type of doomsaying, just stuck in a general funk.
I didn’t vote for the guy but I’m hopeful that as he is presented with various problems and issues he will be pragmatic about it. He is not beholden to any party and if things start to go even a little bad he will drop his advisors and get new ones. He doesn’t have the power of a dictator and never will.
