How do I upload a game spray for L4D? I’ve downloaded it from GameSprays, now how do I set it up?

If it’s anything like the method for Team Fortress, you have to go deep into the Steam files and save it into two different folders.

I couldn’t tell you which ones specifically because I don’t own Left 4 Dead, but a quick Google search should procure the info you’re looking for.

You just import it under the multiplayer options in the game.

Options -> Multiplayer -> Import
