Upscale downscale food.

What have you found out there that is a really good upscale version of garbage food? Let me give you an example: I just saw on the Travel Channel an episode of Man Finds Food where Alan encounters an off-menu Frito Pie in Philly. The chef first lightly toasts a plate of regular Fritos. These are then topped with shredded lettuce, a house-made chili, Oaxacan cheese (the Mexican mozzarella), and topped with a pico de gallo/avocado mess that just looks delicious. Huge, messy, chrunchy, yummy! I have to make these!
