URL for survivors/people we're still looking for

Neither Mundane nor Pointless, but can we put the Teeming Millions’ heads together to look for people?

I’ve found two URLs for survivors thus far.
http://www.ny.com/wtclist.html just for the WTC

http://okay.prodigy.net/ for all locations

and
http://www.responsecare.com to put in inquiries.

I’d also like to put in two names of people I’m looking for.

Walter Joyce
Stacy Harris

Both in NY.

Put up names of who you’re seraching for and leave URLs for safe lists, info lists…anything that will help, gang.

I’ll also go through periodically and alphabetize the lists of who we’re looking for to make searching easier.

We can get though this. My thoughts and prayers are with all of us today.

I’ve been searching those boards for 2 friends all morning, but obviously, the sites are pretty overloaded.

If anyone wants to help out, I’m looking for 2 NYC friends:
Brian Crawford, birthdate 3/21 (dunno year) and he was in the Financial District near the WTC.

Jeremy Laufer, who might have been in NYC in/near the WTC.

Thanks all. Jeremy I’m not too worried about, as he usually works out of Queens, only occasionally in the Financial District, but fucking Crawford… he works right in ground zero more or less.

I can’t be of any REAL help, but may I be allowed to mention that I am hopeful of his safety because of the “more or less” you used? People near the WTC seem to have done alright.

Yeah, drop, I’m hoping that he was less rather than more in the area of the WTC. Thanks for the sentiments.

K, just found Crawford. He’s ok. Woo!

Rasa found Crawford.

Told ya.

<sigh> Now let’s find her other friend and my two, okay?
On a tentatively happier note, I’m glad this thread isn’t swamped, y’know? I could stand to watch this one tank.

My two are found, finally. Thank the gods.

One more for Rasa.

I will be thrilled when this thread can be closed.

looking for info on 2 people

Sabrina Tirado (heard was alive but in critical, would like an update)

and

William Mckee (no info yet)

keep your heads high. they will not destroy this country.

Are they in NYC or DC, slow?

This is from my friend, a doc at St. Vincent’s near the WTC:

If the lists indicate that your missing person might be at St. Vincent’s, EMAIL ME at helenahandbasket@earthlink.net and I will try to see if my friend can find any information for you. I ask that you check the lists and use the official inquiry stuff first, I don’t want to inundate her with frantic requests.

I’m looking for Katie McCloskey. She was new to New York, and working for a law firm on the 97th floor of one of the buildings (but I don’t know which one!) I cannot find her name on any of the ‘I’m okay’ lists, and my wife and I are getting a bit frantic. I know this is a long shot, but if anyone knows Katie, PLEASE email me. The last I knew, she was also working part time at WWF New York, so if someone lives nearby, or will be in the area, and can stop in to inquire for me, I sure would appreciate it.

Jeremy Laufer in NYC

William Mckee

We’re still looking. Keep the faith.

I’ve been checking those sites all day for Jeremy, and the other people listed in this thread, still nothing. I’ll keep trying.

michael w tolliver nyc

A bump for the evening people.

Why does Michael Tolliver sound familiar to me?

Michael “Mouse” Tolliver is the name of the narrator in Armistead Maupin’s Tales of the City.
