I know some people have complained about them here. I called the retention department and told them that I had spoken with a customer service representative and wanted to cancel my account. I was given the retention # and now this is my plan:
1,300 anytime minutes
3,000 evening and weekend minutes, starting at 8 p.m., NOT 9 p.m.
Total cost: $50
My old plan was 1,000 anytime, 6,500 evening and weekend, starting at 9 p.m. for $75.
My new plan is one hell of a deal - I recommend that if you are considering cancelling, give them a call and maybe they will cut you a deal. Of course, this means nothing if the service still sucks in your area…but good to know!
