If I’m just scrolling through, the other couple of 01 names catch me sometimes. Since we tend to be of the opposite opinion on many things, it’s caused me more than one WTF moment.
I’m sure my doppelganger confuses others, too: Heart of Dorkness and I have far too similar names. Fortunately s/he usually posts good stuff, so I don’t mind.
I have to pay attention when I see a Shodan post because Shodan is my sock-puppet.

There is a poster with the name Duke of Rat that gets me the same way, every time.
There is a poster named** MLS** and I thought that **dhkendall **was referencing him in a thread, but he was using my initials.

Closest is jackmannii, which, thankfully, he spells as all one word and lowercase, or it would probably completely flummox me.
It doesn’t confuse me, but RikWriter always catches my eye.

I only post here about once a week any more, but I still read fairly frequently, and I have to stop for a second when I see the name Bumbershoot.

Never confused by usernames, but I’m occasionally confused when I see “Edit: typo” at the end of posts and momentarily wonder what they want from me.
