As in “Poster Of Very Little Brain”?
I do this when writing software courses, for words that are “new vocabulary” and specially when that’s the way they’re written on the screen I’m describing. But then, I’m also known to say or write “click on printer-document” and “click on the clock” rather than “click on print document” or “click on execute”. The respective buttons do have a picture of a printer followed by the word document and a clock face
Doing it in a board feels weird to me, but so does capitalization in English titles. In Spanish titles are capitalized just like anything else and this is one of those rules they never explain in foreign language class.
