Using forms to generate video playlists

Hi, I might have mentioned my pipedream before.

Well, one huge barrier to bringing it to fruition is that I don’t know if it is possible to use a webform to generate a video playlist and get it automatically played.
In other words

  1. Visitors select certain options on a form on my site.
  2. A playlist is created with those options.
  3. The playlist is automatically played in imbeded video (or locally hosted video)

Does anyone have any idea how I can make this work?
