Using the DSM-IV in a Bibliography with MLA format

Can anyone here tell me how I would quote the DSM-IV in an MLA bibliography? It doesn’t seem to have a main editor, or a publisher, as far as I can tell. Can someone tell me who publishes it, and possibly provide me with the necessary part of the bibliography? Thanks.

“Step away from the bell curve, sir.”

Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders : DSM-IV
4th edition.
Published in Washington, D.C. by the American Psychiatric Association in 1994.

It has no single editor, according to my library catalog, nor does it have an author.

I think with the above information, you should be able to come up with an MLA cite.

Diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders : DSM-5. Washington, D.C.: American Psychiatric Association, 2013. Print.
