I did some research on how to use Windows Fax, and got frustrated and gave up. I am trying to fax resumes out from my laptop via a fax/modem card.
I go to programs/accessories/fax/compose new fax…I go through the little setup and push okay to send…but the fax machine icon shows up as “idle”. What am I doing wrong? Am I leaving a step out?
