People don’t care about parking? That’s all I care about. How about access to public transportation? I’m looking for pretty much one or the other. I want to know how easy it is for me to get in and out of that place. After that, pool and internet, which have already been covered. And nobody cares about nearby bars and restaurants? What is wrong with everyone?

Fireplace was one of my original guesses, so I’m adding to the folks suggesting it. Porch and hot-tub were the others I’d be looking for; TV and Internet I can see, but not really mine.
Telephone? This one is dying out, but some Luddites still don’t have cell phones (sheepishly raising hand) and need a land line.
I wonder if something child-related could be the last one? Child-proof, baby-safe, crib, playpen, kid-friendly, something like that?

Wow, I did not expect pool table. Everything else makes sense, if a few things seems out of order to me (like tennis). I’m also surprised there’s no “beach/lake front” or “beach/lake access”.
