Has she spoken about what else besides Jenny Craig she had to do to get that bod? Like how many hours in the gym with a personal trainer, or any other dietary modifications? I find it hard to believe you’d get abs like that from eating Jenny Craig and nothing else.

"On Jenny Craig, she did lose 40 pounds to get down to 132 but for this bikini shoot she went even lower,” Galina explained. “Workout wise, she amped things up.”

Valerie lost an additional nine pounds before the shoot by lowering her 1,700 calorie per day diet to 1,200 calories. She also cut out salt and hit the gym for one hour, four to five times per week. Valerie believes a combination of cardio and strength training minimized her “jiggly bits,” as she called them.

I don’t, which is good, because I don’t like 15 year olds as sex objects. She looks like a mature, hot woman.
