Are you sure this is the most sensitive wording to use?

If I understand correctly the article, the basis for banning people with homosexual tendancies from priesthood is that homosexuality is driven by affective immaturity. More or less that these people are the equivalent of adolescents hence can’t be trusted with the responsability priesthood entails. They can’t be “fathers” because they’re stuck in a childish affectivity.

Did I get it right?

For a hetero guy I consider myself gay friendly. It was intended to be a somewhat cynical tongue in cheek observation.
