Title pretty much says it all. Is there any good (and preferably free) gardening software?
What I want is a tool that helps me plan out planting dates, how long to harvest, when to sprout, preferred fertilizer, how much watering, how much sun/shade needed, etc. And bonus points if it is Seattle weather specific, since the is a pretty short growing season.
Thanks in advance
If you come up short on software recommendations I can recommend a book:
Week by Week Vegetable Gardener’s Handbook
You might check out the one at Mother Earth News. Vegetable Garden Planner – Mother Earth News
I only played around with it very briefly, but I’ve heard good reviews. It costs a bit ($25 a year, I think) but there’s a free no-credit-care-required 30 day trial.
