The Boards are not crashing for me, but a very annoying issue is happening in different computers when I use the search function, this happens in Firefox and Windows 7 or XP: On many occasions after pressing the “Search now” button the search page comes (sometimes in an instant) with the “You can not search within x seconds” message.
At first I thought that I was just pressing the button twice while waiting for the search to end, but it has happened many times on different computers in the last 7 days or so, and it is not behaving logically, I just tried it and in an instant after pressing the search now button I got:
Uh, it should say “try again in 120 seconds” if I had been the one making the error.
It seems to work fine by the second or third attempt.
If you don’t want to read them all, the problem you’re having is just a symptom of the board or the server starting to die and the official answer is that it’s overloaded they’re getting quotes on replacing it.
I already knew they were there. If I had the problem and was about to post that question I wouldn’t have searched for it either. But I’m a ‘new posts’ guy so I had seen them earlier. Also, I think when i started noticing the issue I went looking for them. ATMB is an easy forum to look through.
