If I understand correctly, Mr. Gingrich is calling for the impeachment of the Attorney General…for attempting to adhere to the law. Interesting.
I’m really sorry to hear that things are so bad that there’s apparently gonna have to be a right-wing uprising if Republicans don’t regain power by '12. I haven’t noticed a significant degradation in my quality of life over the past year, but Mr. Gingrich is far wiser than I and I’m sure he knows best.
Just Newt, trying to stay somewhere in the spotlight, regardless. He’s looking to spot a movement he can run to the front of.
What frightens me is that he’s constantly on about saving money on car insurance. Like that’s the most important issue facing America.
I recall Newt being somewhat moderate, in that he remained fixed while the rest of the country slouched to the far right over a short period of years. I guess he finally caught up.

In any event I seriously doubt Newt actually believes a word he says-but eventually he will start putting too much credence into his own press releases and Become the Mask.
I nearly choked laughing when he described himself as a moderate.
I love how the neocons love to sound like big tough guys when they don’t have the balls to put terrorists up on trial in our legal system. How they’d rather have something just like the court systems from the countries where many of these people came from. Essentially behind closed doors with no guarantee of facing their accusers or having a legal leg to stand on. That’s a great way to make America look weak and hypocritical rather than standing on the principals they supposedly uphold. That only elevates the status of those thugs who are not military, just drek that like to play soldier when they are nothing more than fanatical losers.
We had a trial for those who bombed the world trade center years ago in NY and no state secrets were revealed and they are currently rotting their lives away in prison. Yeah,we basically brought them to the scene of the crime and served them justice right near the scene of the crime. They fought the law and the law won.

This man could never be President. He has more baggage than than the carousel at JFK. Plus, he’s a nut-job (or at least his positions appeal to that demographic).
While we’ve seen that there are quite a few such wing-nuts popping off the machine lately, they will never be a majority or anywhere close to it. And their extremism assures that a majority can always be mobilized to block them.
