This photo I found browsing through Yahoo! news shows a right-wing Buddhist leader being assaulted by inviduals protesting war. I was not aware that there were pro-war right-wing Buddhist monks and one must question the reasoning behind a show of violence to promote peace. Am I missing something? Someone please tell me I’m completely misunderstanding what’s going on in this picture.
