As for condos, I have not gone to see any yet. My girlfriend & I may do that this weekend. There are currently three 2br 2ba condos for sale near Columbia Pike & S. Four MIle Run for under $85k. I don’t know if the units have a W/D, but I’m sure there is at least one laundry room.
