Virus Alert: Do I have anything to worry about?

I was dling some stuff and got a virus alert: Trojan Horse. NAV 2003 attempted to repair and said it failed, attempted again and failed again. That’s it, no more messages about deletion or quarantine. Here is the log:

I reran a scan and it found nothing and there is nothing in the quarantined section. I also contacted Symantec but figured I’d get a faster (and probably better) answer here. Thanks in advance.

Probably a hiccup in your virus scanner. I searched Mcafee.com and found nothing with any of the information you gave.

Clear IE’s cache, just to be safe.
