Visa Check card commericals question

This may have been posted before, but I have been unable to find any answers.

I’ve noticed recently that in the Visa Checkcard commericals, when the person in question (Martin Sheen, etc.) “signs” the credit card slip they all sign K. Randall.

Who the heck is K. Randall?
