Visio printing question

This question is coming through a third party (me), so I hope I’m describing it accurately.

My husband only works occasionally with Visio, and so doesn’t know all the bells and whistles. His problem, as I understand it: his boss wants him to print an organizational chart as a much bigger image on bigger paper. He can print to the bigger paper, all right, but has yet to find how to make the image larger to fit the larger paper. He doesn’t have a manual to refer to (because he seldom does any Visio work), and online resources are not helping him yet.

Anyone have a clue?

Assumption: whoever is doing the printing is connected to a printer that supports the larger paper size.

In Visio:
“File” - “Page Setup”
In the Page Setup menu: on the “printer setup” tab, select the larger paper size in the “printer paper” control.

The drawing will now appear on the larger paper size (you may want to adjust the scale to 50% or less to see the entire sheet).
To re-scale, go to “Edit” - “Select All”
Click and hold on the upper right corner to “grab”, and stretch all the items in the drawing to fit in the larger paper.

Hope this helps
