Why does it seem like they happen at the same time, every day? Is this some kind of daily hormonal cycle?
Possibly.
More likely it has to do with when you ordinarily eat and drink (being a little dehydrated makes 'em worse), how much you have used your voice, and how much sleep you’ve had.
