My wife bought several bottles of Volcano Lemonade. It is supposed to be good stuff. I tried drinking it and found out it needs to be mixed. What is the proper ratio of water to Lemonade and does it require sugar?

Did you perhaps just buy Volcano lemon juice?
If so, I use 1c lemon juice, 1c sugar and fill the rest of a 2qt pitcher with water.

According to the link, the lemon juice product comes in a “Plastic lemon-shaped bottle” - yellow, with a green cap. Pretty hard to confuse that with the lemonade bottle. Also note that the latter says (in rather large letters) “Lemonade”.
It says lemon juice. I do not know if in Sicily they differentiate between juice and ade.
