Just wondering if anyone knows what song is played in the background in the voltswagen commercial with the man rushing to stop the wedding. It has tolling bells and such.

You’re referring to this commercial which is found at my link to AdCritic.com. I don’t know the name, but perhaps someone can view it and help.
A word of advice–56k connections will probably take up to all night to load a commercial. I recommend it to those who have cable or DSL.

Earthling’s probably right and I’m elsewhere but someone in another thread is talking about a Volkswagon Cabrio ad with the Nick Drake song ‘Pink Moon’ – and I highly recommend Nick Drake! No idea if it’s what you mean, though.
Two different commercials, L_C. The Pink Moon commercial has a group of kids driving along on a beautiful night in a Cabrio who get to a party, realize they’d rather be driving around, and leave. The commercial asked about in the OP has a guy driving like mad in an attempt to stop (presumably) the woman he loves from marrying another guy.
