Currently, three states have all vote-by-mail: Colorado, Oregon, and Washington. Are there any other states that are moving to join them? I thought California was, but they still haven’t gone all the way, even though over half of all Californians vote that way. Any other countries or parts thereof doing all VBM or planning on it?
How about online voting? Is there anywhere that does that yet? If so, have they run into any problems with security?
Might not be quite what you think of as online voting but the 2016 election I voted from overseas by absentee ballot. I received my ballot (home states is South Carolina) via email and the instructions included how I could return my completed ballot via email.
