How about a side bet on Robert McNamara genuinely and credibly apologizing first for *his * actions in *his * war? I’ll take the “under” on both.

Given how long it’s taking to set up this bet, I’ve gotta ask: either of you guys ever consider a career in international diplomacy? 
I can’t see this administration “apologizing” for anything. Except maybe Colin Powell; but he seems to have been moved to a politically secure location, so to speak, a place from which dissenting opinions never escape.
I suppose it’s safe to go ahead and concede this now. I’ll be gone from GD and The Pit from the beginning of the 3rd til the beginnning of the 11th. That’s a week right?
