Wait, that's the same guy??

Macy is the sheriff; Perlman is a Texas Ranger, IIRC. But they’re both in the movie.

I realize that this is tangential to the OP, but I thought that I should mention that after watching “Alexander” and seeing Val Kilmer listed in the credits, I had to go back and watch the scenes that he was in.

If you haven’t watched “Tombstone”, then you should. Not just because it’s the greatest movie ever made, but so that you can try to spot the following actors:

1.) Billy Zane – This one isn’t too hard to spot.
2.) The good guy (and biological father of John Conner) from Terminator – Not too hard to spot either.
3.) Billy Bob Thornton
4.) Dylan from 90210

Good luck finding the last 2.

And another one: Jonathan Pryce.

Hard to believe the same guy plays Gov. Swann in “Pirates of the Caribbean,” Seamus in “Ronin,” Juan Peron in “Evita,” Sam Lowry in “Brazil,” the evil Mr. Dark in “Something Wicked This Way Comes,” and the nebbishy guy beguiled by Al Pacino in “Glengarry Glen Ross.” And a million other roles, it seems.

He can do anything!

Plus the blind disc jockey from O Brother Where Art Thou.

Also, Grima Wormtongue in the LOTR:TTT and Billy Bibbit in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.

He’s been doing car commercials in that voice, which always leave me wondering what scheme this is a part of.

Not me, but I witnessed several people figuring out Capt. Sisko on DS9 and Hawk from Spenser For Hire were the same person.

He’s also the kinda guy that can take a beating, survive the Nam and play a mean jazz saxophone, but I still can’t believe that Mr. Rogers might have been hanging out with the Thing

1.)Ladies and gentlemen, the St. Crispin’s Day Speech from Henry V.
2.)And you must be Ringo. Look, Darling, Johnny Ringo. The Deadliest pistoleer since Wild Bill, they say. What do you Think, darling? Should I hate him?
3.)Why Johnny Tyler, you madcap, Where are you going with that Shotgun?
4.)I’m sorry, sir, but we got to have some law.

CMC fnord!

Bil Paxton played Morgan Earp, not Johnny Ringo.

As well as Mentat Piter de Vries in the original Dune movie.

Oops–you were referring to Michael Biehn, not Paxton. I blame James Cameron.

Not to mention the fact that one of the beckys is the ditzy blond doctor in Scrubs

I demand satisfaction, sir. My second will contact your second.

I think Michael Biehn and Bill Paxton only work when James Cameron works. Biehn was in *Terminator * and Aliens; Paxton in *Aliens * (“game over, man!”), *True Lies * and *Titanic * (but he recently got a long-term gig in *Big Love * on HBO).

And the evil sheriff in Mississippi Burning.

In my defense, I had only seen the matrix once at that point.

Forgot one…Paxton was also in *Terminator * – he’s one of the trio of punks that provides clothes for Ahnuld.

And the lead female alien (the one who gets it on with Tony Shalhoub) also played Violet Beauregarde’s mother in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

You got the wrong 90210-er. Its was Priestly (Brandon) not Perry (Dylan) as Sister-boy.

5.) A Stallone is in Tombstone as well… not Sly but his brother Frank.

Trillian from Hitchhikers and the Stewardess Sister in the excellent little film “Almost Famous” Zooey something.

Never mind, I am dead wrong. Zooey is not in Galaxy Quest :smack:
